  • The Gottman Method utilizes cutting-edge relationship science to help couples become “masters” of their relationships rather than “disasters.” It’s a structured, goal-oriented approach with strategies built on empirical data from Dr. John Gottman’s four decades of research with over 3,000 couples.

  • Emotionally-Focused Therapy is based on 25 years of research by Dr. Sue Johnson and colleagues. Dr. Johnson has found we can get stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns when our feelings overwhelm us, especially when we may not have strong skills in connecting securely with others. Increasing our awareness of these patterns can help us build healthier, stronger, more long-lasting relationships.
