For couples where one partner isn’t sure about staying together, Clarity Coaching is a short-term, structured process to help you decide your next step. We meet both together and one-on-one to understand how you got here, each person’s part in the cycle, and choose one of three paths: keep things as they are for now, separate, or commit to a focused period of couples therapy. This is decision support—not skills training—and typically runs up to five sessions.
