therapeutic style

My counselling style is warm, curious, and collaborative, but also honest and direct when it needs to be.

Many clients have shared that they appreciate my ability to ā€œcall out the BSā€ in a supportive way that helps them recognize patterns, challenge unhelpful stories, and move toward growth.

I integrate evidence-based practices such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method with a strengths-based, client-centered approach. Sessions are tailored to each couple or individual, creating space for open conversations and meaningful change.
