therapeutic style
My counselling style is warm, curious, and collaborative, but also honest and direct when it needs to be.
Many clients have shared that they appreciate my ability to ācall out the BSā in a supportive way that helps them recognize patterns, challenge unhelpful stories, and move toward growth.
I integrate evidence-based practices such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method with a strengths-based, client-centered approach. Sessions are tailored to each couple or individual, creating space for open conversations and meaningful change.
