An intensive condenses months of progress into a single day. Instead of stopping just as you’re getting to the important work, you’ll have uninterrupted time to go deeper and move forward.

How It Works

Step 1: Book a brief, complimentary consult to discuss your main concerns and check out the fit.

Step 2: Book an 80 minute session to discuss goals in greater detail. The fee for this is $285.

Step 3: Decide on how many successive days you’d like to book.
One, two or three day options are available. 

Note: One individual session with each partner is included as part of the package. The rest of the sessions are with both people.

Step 4: Book the days and pay your deposit (50% of the total fee).

Step 5: Come for the sessions and experience real progress and healing.

A typical 50-minute session includes:

  • 30 minutes of deep work

  • 10 minutes wrapping up

That’s only half an hour of momentum.
